We believe strong communities are built when locals invest in locals.

In the year 2000, Robert Napoli launched a simple but powerful initiative: to identify exceptional students from our local high schools — including Hornsby Girls’ High School, St Ives High School and St Leo’s Catholic College — and give them meaningful, paid work within our firm.

Students joined us for two hours each afternoon, gaining firsthand insight into professional practice, client service and the day-to-day operation of a busy law firm. They were not simply “work experience students” — they were valued, paid contributors. Responsible, capable and hardworking, these young professionals became integral to how our firm functioned.
